This website (the “Website”) is a website operated by Transactworld Limited and/or Payment Infosys Limited (“TW”/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”).
In line with their current license standing, companies of Transactworld Group (“TW” or “the Group”) operate as below:

  • Transactworld Limited (for Customers located in UK): an E-money institution /EMI, incorporated in UK and licensed by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with reference number 900405 under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, which issues e-money, serves companies (B2B) through the issuance of payment accounts and enabling global payments to companies and individuals via the open loop network of card schemes in conjunction with other parties.
  • Payment Infosys Limited (For Customers located globally outside of UK): a Intermediary/ PI, incorporated in Mauritius and licensed by Financial Services Commission (FSC) under Financial Services Act 2007 (FSA), which facilitates processing and transfer of payments between users, merchants, and financial institutions including but not limited to online payments, mobile money services, peer-to-peer transfers, merchant settlement services, outbound or inbound international payments in conjunction with other parties.

These Terms of Use govern your use of this Website and your relationship with TW. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the applicable law (kindly refer to clause 8 below). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for our Services or use this Website.



  1. General
  2. 1. The Website is provided to you free of charge and solely for your personal use, subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. References to these Website Terms of Use include our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice. The use of your data is governed by our Data Privacy Notice, and your purchase of our Services (within the meaning assigned to it in the General Terms and Conditions) from this Website is governed by our General Terms and Conditions

    e. introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, attempting unauthorized access to our Website, the server on which our Website is located or any server, computer or database connected to our Website, attacking our Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. The above-mentioned actions constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK)/Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Act 2021(Mauritius) which will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and your right to use our Website will cease immediately.

    2. You are responsible for the accuracy and veracity of any information you submit to the Website and you agree to keep any user credentials, password used on the Website or any other piece of information used as part of our security procedures confidential. You agree that TW will not be held responsible for any activity on the Website which results from access of a third party with or without your consent

We reserve the right to disable any user identification credentials, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use or if we have grounds to suspect that those credentials are compromised.

  5. Availability and Maintenance of Website
  6. 1. TW reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Website at any time, as well as the right to impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or part of the Website without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

    2. Although we undertake to offer you the service in accordance with the best industry standards and practices, we make no promise that the services at the Website meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Website will be faultless.   15. Law and Jurisdiction
  16. 1. The construction, validity and performance of these Website Terms of Use shall be governed by the Laws of Mauritius in respect of Payment Infosys Limited and by the laws of the United Kingdom in respect of Transactworld Limited.

    2. It is agreed that the Courts of Laws in Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Website Terms of Use in respect of Payment Infosys Limited, whilst the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle claims related to Transactworld Limited.
